The Timberland PRO Soft Toe Wedge Work Boots are full of the serious features that you will need on the job. The Gridworks Work Boots have an All-Weather TPU Flat Wedge Outsole that is engineered to handle any weather conditions. They maintain their flexibility and grip longer than standard work boot outsoles will in colder weather. The Gridworks provide outstanding traction on rugged terrain and on slippery, oily surfaces, including icy, frosted or freezing surfaces. Their outsoles are Oil Resistant, per SATRA TM63, they are Slip and Abrasion Resistant, as well as Heat Resistant, up to 248 degrees Fahrenheit.

Internal Waterproof Membranes keep water out and also provides you with critical Blood-Borne Pathogen protection. Timberland's lightweight Anti-Fatigue technology, are designed to prevent achy feet with Shock Absorption and Energy Rebound in select pressure point areas. These boots have a breathable mesh lining, that is anti-microbial treated, for advanced odor protection. All these serious features are wrapped up within their Premium Full-Grain Leather Uppers that are treated with an additional layer of solid waterproofing, so water just beads up and sheds off, and they have Goodyear Welt Construction that completely seals the deal.
